As a small, female owned and operated business- we take pride in offering unique products and personal care for each of our clients. We are confident you will love your Runway Athletics purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to issue a refund for items* returned within 10 days of purchase, less shipping fees. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original condition - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your order is incorrect, or if an item is defective or damaged.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Make-up or deodorant marks will negate your return.
Please note, returns will take 3-5 business days to process once received. After your return is processed and your refund has been issued to your original form of payment, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds may take several business days to be reflected on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
As a young business, we pride ourselves on a high level of customer service which includes fast and secure shipping. We charge a flat rate of $5.00 on all domestic orders, big or small. Standard International shipping is charged at a flat rate of $25.00.
